Ben Fernandez is an experienced family law practitioner with familiarity in other areas of law.
Before becoming a member of Murray Chambers, Ben worked for the Solicitor of the Northern Territory and for the Northern Territory Legal Aid Commission, specialising in Family Law matters and Care and Protection applications for government clients. Previously Ben worked as a generalist lawyer in the Central Western region of New South Wales.
Ben is ready to accept briefs at various stages of matters including advice/review only, trial and appellate stages in the following areas:
