Career

Trevor began his career in the Insurance and Risk team at Clayton Utz in Sydney before moving to the Northern Territory.  He was Associate to Justice Stephen Southwood on the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory before joining the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency as a criminal barrister/solicitor. 

In 2015, Trevor took the position of General Counsel, and later Crown Counsel, within the NT Solicitor General’s Chambers.

In 2020 Trevor moved to the private bar and joined William Forster Chambers.  He has a general commercial, government and criminal practice with a particular interest in the limits of government power.
